As I was painting this I was reminded of all the things we balance in our lives at work and home, our relationships, family, our mental health, spiritual health, time...this list goes on and on. But I was struck mostly by our relationships and how it is truly a balancing act. Sometimes we are the strong one and are able to have others lean or downright fall on us and we are strong enough to balance them. Other times it's us who are about to crash and hopefully we have someone to lean on until we are steady. The colors I chose represent the positive energy that comes from this beautiful balancing act.
